Scheduled tab list
All schedules in one list with title, link, times and status. Once you have more than 5, you can search it.
The Scheduled Tab List shows every schedule you have made in one table. You can see what each schedule does, when it runs and whether it is on, and you can edit, copy, run or delete it from the same row. It is the place to keep a growing set of schedules tidy.
How the Scheduled Tab List works
The list sits on the Tab Scheduler settings page, below the schedule form. Each row has these columns.
- Title and Description show the name and note you gave the schedule. A dash means the field is empty.
- Website Link shows the link. Small icons under it show which options are on for that schedule, such as Notification or Open in incognito mode. Hover over an icon to see its name. Click the link to open the website in a new tab.
- Open Time and Close Time describe the timing in words, such as the days and time a weekly schedule opens. Many schedules also show Next run and Last run here.
- Status holds a switch that shows On or Off.
- Action holds small icons to duplicate, run, edit or delete the schedule. Hover over an icon to see what it does.
The newest schedules appear at the top. When you have two or more schedules, you can click the Title, Website Link, Description or Status heading to sort the list. Sorting by link ignores the https and www part, so websites sort by their name.
Once you have more than 5 schedules, the list is split into pages and two extra controls appear above it. Search filters the list as you type. Select Column sets where the search looks, in All columns or only in Title, Website Link or Description. Below the list you can choose how many schedules to show per page, from 5 up to All. Tab Scheduler remembers your choice.
How to use the Scheduled Tab List
- Click the Tab Scheduler icon in your browser toolbar and choose Settings.
- Scroll down past the schedule form to the Scheduled Tab List. If you have not made any schedules yet, it shows No scheduled tabs.

When to use the Scheduled Tab List
- You keep a dozen schedules for work and home. Set Select Column to Website Link and type youtube.com to see only the schedules for that site.
- Before a holiday, sort by Status so the schedules that are on sit together, then switch off the ones you will not need.
- You add the description Team meetings to every work schedule. Later you set Select Column to Description, search for meetings and find them all at once.
Good to know about the Scheduled Tab List
- Search, Select Column and the page size menu only appear when you have more than 5 schedules.
- On the Free plan you can keep up to 5 schedules. If your list holds more, the extra ones show Locked and sit at the bottom of the list. They do not run and cannot be edited or copied until you delete a schedule or upgrade.
- The checkboxes on the left let you select schedules for bulk actions, such as deleting several at once.
